1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern purchases made through the HOLIDAZE online store.

2. Purchase Process

The customer selects the products, enters their details, and completes the payment. A confirmation email will be sent after the order is placed.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateways.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping within Spain: 3–5 business days

  • International shipping: Depends on the destination

  • Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on HOLIDAZE’s part.

  • It's not possible to exchange returned products, you'll have to place a new order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without needing to provide a reason.

7. Liability

HOLIDAZE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors or for misuse of the product after delivery.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
